Important Information

⏳ Manufacturing time only begins after receipt of your sizes.

If, after receiving your Sizing Kit, you do not provide us with your sizes, we will not be able to begin manufacturing your Custom Luxury Set.

Your order will remain pending until this information is received. Due to the personalized nature of the order and the shipping of the Sizing Kit, no refund can be issued if you do not respond.

We recommend sending us your sizes within 6 months of receiving the Sizing Kit. After this period, the order will be considered abandoned and will no longer be eligible for a refund, exchange, or credit.

We recommend using a flexible tailor's measuring tape graduated in millimeters (mm) to obtain accurate measurements.

How to measure your nails?

• A flexible tailor's measuring tape
• A pen
• A sheet of paper to note your measurements

Step 1: Measure the width of each nail

Place the tailor's tape horizontally on the widest part of your natural nail.

Measure:

• The thumb
• The index finger
• The middle finger
• The ring finger
• The pinky finger

⚠️ Only measure the width of the nail from one edge to the other, without measuring the surrounding skin.
