- Also, avoid water on your hands for 2 to 3 hours after application, otherwise you risk them lifting.
How to remove your gel pads
Quick and easy removal using a cuticle pusher.
Simply very gently pry under the nail tip and it will detach.
Then remove any remaining gel-pad residue with your cuticle pusher by twisting your stick or rubbing with your fingers, that works too.
